“I purchased preferred parking for a sporting event 2 months ago. The parking was supposed to arrived by 3:00 pm the day of the event. Why I don't know.
The parking tickets never arrived. When I reached out to Stubhub they said " the seller didn't send them" and offered me only general parking. I could of bought this directly 2 months earlier. I WILL NOT Be USING StubHub Again.”

Pay careful attention before claiming your tickets. It is nearly guaranteed that whatever tickets you thought you purchased are not going to be the tickets that show up in the innocuously titled email that says “claim tickets”. It is designed to make you think that you were getting the tickets that you paid for but then once you click accept, you realize that you just accepted tickets that were not the ones that you wanted. Likely much cheaper tickets that you would’ve never purchased if you had known.”
“Horrible service beware. They say you will receive your tickets same day, however, no email with tickets 3 hours prior to the show. Called customer service and they were not in possession of the tickets and had to reach out to the seller . I was already in the location of the venue and was told they would refund me in one hour if they could not get ahold of him. I could not cancel or buy tickets elsewhere until he responded . Looks like the company has no follow procedure with the seller. We are out of luck.”
“Literally such a bad ticketing website. I bought tickets for a game 3 months ago for school and never received my tickets. Such a joke. I had great seats and they never gave them to me and apparently didn’t have them.”
“Approaches my ticket on a Canadian site and they charged me American funds. They will not reverse that exchange and said that's how much the tickets were. The cost was enough that I could have bought another ticket. The customer service was terrible and I got the total run around and must have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them over the course of 3 weeks because nobody would deal with it. They still have not dealt with it and say they are not going to refund me the exchange. This is a problem with their site. It says you're buying in Canadian dollars and then they charge you American funds.”
“The most unprofessional customer service! They sent me a confirmation email on 5/6/25 saying that the event I paid for was cancelled, now saying it postponed indefinitely. No refund or credit! Order #546876912. The agent said him name was Miles, I asked to speak to a supervisor so he just kept me on hold for over 2 hours until I gave up! These people are scammers! Do not use them! This explains all the bad publicity they are getting! You have been warned!!”
“Ease of purchasing the ticket. However since it was our first time going to a cardinals game, it was almost impossible to find the black lot. Directional signs went so far and then disappeared. We wound up in a different lot that turned out to be closer to the stadium. Probably won't purchase a resale for parking unless I know exactly where the lot is and how close it is to the facility.”
