“The ticket I bought was not transferred and the concert was starting in 3 hours. I contacted customer support via chat but later disconnected. I later received a call from the rep and he sent and link for a replacement ticket that was in similar section and cost. Helped navigate because I had to download the venue app to receive the ticket. Not so simple. But one hour later, I was going to the concert once again. He was patient, helpful and kind. I was grateful he called me to help with the mishap. It was just so much clearer talking vs doing the live chat. Thank you!”

Advertised “all fees included”. After paying, the receipt included a $175+/- “Fee”! Called StubHub & Zero help. They offered to cancel tickets… if they weren’t a gift I would have!

“Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is cause when I got to the venue tickets were says unable to download no internet although I had full bars of service. Thank full we went down the cant find tickets troubleshoot option and we were able to get them. The view they had on the website was as expected thanks stubhub. Just wish there was a offline option just in case”
“Tickets were great but the parking pass was bogus. That was $45 and directed many to a hotel about 4 miles away. The hotel said several folks had come by. The hotel did not have any knowledge of parking in the area. Stub Hub promised a refund when I chatted with the AI. No other way to reach out to them.”
