“Total scam company. Would give zero stars if possible. We bought tickets in January for a show in August. After purchase they tell you that the tickets will be released the day of the show. When they didnt arrive in the morning I called. I was told the seller had til 5pm (show at 8) to deliver the tickets before they'll do anything. This made it impossible to buy more tickets from someone reputable like Ticketmaster as we didn't want to be stuck with extra tickets. Not surprising, tickets never came. A friend had flown from another province, we had hotels booked etc. Then they tell me they have tickets on hand they'll send me and not to worry. Well those never showed. Called again, was told to be patient. 7:20 roles around (40 minutes before the show). I call again and he sends me an email while on the phone that says there aren't any tickets and it'll be 8 days before they refund me. By this point all other tickets are gone, awful or jacked up.
Luckily the box office had opened another area and we got tickets at double what we would have originally paid.
DO NOT USE STUB HUB. THEY ARE A SCAM. The box office told us this happens all the time. I even asked for a manager several times and they refuse to put anyone on the phone. Youre basically stuck without recourse. I have heard they keep their fee when they refund you which is insane. Ill likely be going to my credit card company and asking for a reversal.
7 years ago I tried to resell tickets we had purchased on stub hub. When the tickets sold, they kept the money so I was essentially paying for a stranger to see the concert. I was successful in getting the charge reversed on my CC as fraudulent. I wrongly gave them a second chance this year as my friend was purchasing from there and we wanted to be close. He also didn't get his tickets. Our one friend did and we never did get to see her since she eas in a totally different section. This place really needs to be shut down. Unreal”
“Thanks to Stub Hub I am missing the Benson Boone concert!!!! Wrong tickets were sent ( the day if I might add) and they have had 6 hours to correct the problem. I drove over 3 hours and spent over $1000 in travel and accommodations. It is 15 minutes before the concert starts and I don’t have replacement tickets. Will miss you Benson!

“Horrifying experience . Bought 4 tickets and they refunded the two they could big produce for 400 dollars and charged me 1950.00 dollars for the two the had available . True trickery and left us all hanging at Dave Chapelle . “Do not use StubHub there are rip off I accidentally clicked on a what I thought was a info button and they charged me for parking and insurance for my tickets for a Miami dolphin game. I immediately contacted them to point this out that I did not want parking or insurance on the tickets after dealing with them online for over a hour and a half they refused to reverse the charges. They are rip off do not use them. They will refuse to refund you only delist parking. Very frustrating company. A Lawyer should look into this.”

“I ordered a parking ticket Dec 15th when I bought the tickets. I got an email saying to claim my ticket but there was link. After many, many attempts, chats and promises I got emails saying go to the original email. I ended up buying another ticket with no problem. Not happy at all. Over $100 to park. Plus, the first ticket was right at Wells Fargo. The replacement was half a mile away.”
“Bought tickets to Lady Gaga August concert back in March. Got email stating tickets were available for mobile transfer, but could never get the tickets to transfer to my Ticketmaster account. Spent many hours on phone, in chat and on email with C/S being assured I would get tickets or replacement tix by concert date. Spent time and much money to go to Seattle but tickets never showed up. Always told problem being "elevated" but no resolution. 5 minutes prior sent "replacement ticket link"-but link stated "no replacement tickets available for this event". Then told I could finally request refund but having spent over $1000 to travel to Seattle was extremely upset. Tried to cancel Tix early on when problems arose but was told "all sales are final". Would have canceled and just repurchased tix, but they would not allow even though they were aware that we couldn't get the tickets. Although C/S reps were nice they were worthless as none of them-and there were at least a dozen-could resolve the issue. This is second time we couldn't get tickets we bought from StubHub. Will never use them again.”
“Never received tickets to event. Was told they would arrive by mail the day of event. They did finally arrive 2 days after event. I was eventually refunded ticket price, but I had been planning going to event for months and taken time off of work. Completely ruined my plans for the weekend. We were very disappointed. No
compensation for that. Missed time at work and finding out the day of event. If I had a hotel booked I would have lost that money as well. I will never do business with them again. I had contacted them several times leading up to event letting them know I still hadn’t received tickets. They kept reassuring me they would arrive on time. “If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was infuriating. I bought tickts for a concert and am flying out to Chicago to go to this event. They canceled my account without notifying me, claiming there was suspicious activity. I have not had any issues with my cc and so I called. I was not able to speak to someone higher that customer support. I was not given an answer to what they were doing to resolve this issue. I was not given an option to replace my tickets. I wasnt even told what happened on the account to cause a lock out. I bought the tickets months in advance and they were worth 500$ each and the same tickets are now going for $1600 each. I am beyond angry that they were not willing to secure me tickets in the same section that were available when I paid for them so far in advance. They would not even guarantee me a refund. I kept being apologized to. I dont want apologies, I want you to do better.”

“we purchased two tickets for $304 to sleeping beauty ballet 4 moths prior to the date. Just few nights to the date we received the tickets. We were so much looking forward to it. When we got to the theatre, they told us the performance was cancelled but no one tried to reach us informing of cancellation. The theatre told us that they have informed their customers by emails about the cancellation but since we had bought them from Stubhub they are not responsible for any refunds. So we asked how much were the tickets purchased from the theatre directly, the manager told us $40 each!!!! So we had paid $304 as opposed to $80. We called Stubhub immediately on spot and they were giving us hard time denying the cancellation. We had to get the theatre manager to write and confirm that the program is canceled and we emailed it to them. In a few days we got an email that they are processing our refund and it will take 8 days , this was back in May. Now we are in end of August and still there is no news of a refund on our credit care. I tried to reach them by chat and their answer below is so ridiculous . They are bunch of crooks and God knows who and how they running this operation?!!!!”
“I purchased two tickets on 07/25 from Stub Hub, Tickets were confirmed. On 7/31 tickets were cancelled by seller. It has been OVER A MONTH, and I have note received a refund. Meanwhile ticket prices have gone way up. I believe this is why they were cancelled in the first place. Now, I do not have tickets, and the Money that I need to buy new tickets (worse seats at a higher price) has not been returned. I have spoken with "Customer Service" 7-8 times, and every time they tell me to wait 5-8 days and the refund will be credited to my account. This reseller is not good. Go somewhere else.”
