“Stub Hub is a rip off i will never use this company again. I purchased 3 tickets for Monstor truck, and they charged me for parking and insurance for the tickets. I did not approve those add ons. If you want tickets for events dont use Stub Hub. They will only over charge you.”
“we purchased two tickets for $304 to sleeping beauty ballet 4 moths prior to the date. Just few nights to the date we received the tickets. We were so much looking forward to it. When we got to the theatre, they told us the performance was cancelled but no one tried to reach us informing of cancellation. The theatre told us that they have informed their customers by emails about the cancellation but since we had bought them from Stubhub they are not responsible for any refunds. So we asked how much were the tickets purchased from the theatre directly, the manager told us $40 each!!!! So we had paid $304 as opposed to $80. We called Stubhub immediately on spot and they were giving us hard time denying the cancellation. We had to get the theatre manager to write and confirm that the program is canceled and we emailed it to them. In a few days we got an email that they are processing our refund and it will take 8 days , this was back in May. Now we are in end of August and still there is no news of a refund on our credit care. I tried to reach them by chat and their answer below is so ridiculous . They are bunch of crooks and God knows who and how they running this operation?!!!!”
“I purchased two tickets on 07/25 from Stub Hub, Tickets were confirmed. On 7/31 tickets were cancelled by seller. It has been OVER A MONTH, and I have note received a refund. Meanwhile ticket prices have gone way up. I believe this is why they were cancelled in the first place. Now, I do not have tickets, and the Money that I need to buy new tickets (worse seats at a higher price) has not been returned. I have spoken with "Customer Service" 7-8 times, and every time they tell me to wait 5-8 days and the refund will be credited to my account. This reseller is not good. Go somewhere else.”

“We purchased tickets through StubHub in June for a concert, trusting their so-called “FanProtect Guarantee” (see attached screenshot). The guarantee promises valid tickets or a full refund—don’t believe it.
On the very day we were finally able to download our tickets, we logged in only to find they had ALREADY been transferred—without our knowledge or authorization. We immediately contacted StubHub (less than 3 hours later) and explained the situation. Our case was “escalated” to the fraud department, and we were told we’d receive a call or email with a resolution in a few days.
A full week later, after hearing nothing, we called back only to be told that the “resolution team” had decided our only option was to dispute the charge with our credit card company. That’s it. No help, no replacement tickets, no refund—just a brush-off. When we referenced the FanProtect Guarantee (which is supposed to cover exactly this kind of issue), customer support had nothing to offer.
StubHub’s guarantee is worthless. They do not stand by their promises, and their “support” is just a runaround. If you value your money and peace of mind, buy your tickets elsewhere. This company does not protect its customers.”

“The worst company for buying tickets. They play tricks on people, selling tickets they don't have. When you try to download them, a sign appears saying the transfer has closed. You can never get them, and when you call, they give you the runaround and tell you you have to wait for the seller to respond, which never happens. They're also not responsible for returning your money. You have to call the bank and cancel them. It's a disaster! We waited four days for a response until the day of the event, and they never gave us a solution.”
