“we got great seats for the Backstreet Boys at a very reasonable price with great service. I had not used StubHub for quite some time, but found the site to be very easy to navigate and use, even for an old guy like me.”
“Take your business elsewhere. If your event is cancelled, it is impossible to get a refund and contact this company. I’ve been fighting to get a refund for 2 months now.”
“Horrible. Aug 13 we bought 2 concert tickets for $280 for a concert August 20. We received an email from Stubhub giving us an order # and saying we would receive an email from the original ticket vendor by August 20. At noon on the way to the concert 3 hours away on August 20 we called the original vendor. They never received the order from Stubhub. No phone number, no email address. We called the Stubhub customer service number. The first Pakistani guy's English was unintelligible. The supervisor - "David"'s - was marginally better. An hour parsing what their thick accent meant found the only solution was for them to cancel the booking, hold for rebooking, us drive to a Walmart for a Stubhub or Apple prepaid card, buy it for $280, call back with the number, photo the card and text it. And wait. No debit or credit card nor Google Pay nor Paypal would work. Just drive somewhere and buy a card. Like it was 1980. Horrible. Who knows if we have a ticket.”
“Horrible experience. Was not able to attend a concert so resold my tickets, then Stubhub charged me $400 for not fulfilling my sale even though I transferred the tickets and they were accepted by the buyer. Called them multiple times and filed a dispute with no resolution. They continued to keep the charge in place.”
“I'm not sure how they are in business. Severe ticket delays. Outsourced support that is difficult to communicate with. The service has completely put me in a awkward position with my own clients. I will never use them again.”
