“I don’t recommend purchasing from Stubhub, almost a year ago, I purchased 4 tickets at the same price each. I never received an email until 3 hours before the event and it showed 3 tickets. I called and was on hold forever, the seller finally released a lower value ticket 41 minutes after the show started and I called this morning and they won’t compensate me for missing the first act and the lower value tickets. I would not do business with a shady business or seller again. While we were waiting at the venue, one of the workers said that they have problems with Stubhub all the time.”
“Stub hub count your days you guys are liars and not professional at all. I purchased Kevin Hart tickets on your website for $250 dollars only to get to the venue and have to purchase a another ticket because my seats had been double sold and the people who bought the same ticket as me got there first. Thanks a lot for telling me this was first come first serve. Anyway I tried to dispute the charges because i ended having to buy another ticket that wasn’t nearly as good as the first one I purchased. The representatives gave me the run around, none of them new what they were talking about, everyone acted as if they couldn’t send me over to a supervisor and I could barely understand wtf they were saying. It was very frustrating and I don’t believe I’ll get a refund for this bs stub hub pulled on me. I will never use these services again and would not recommend them to anyone EVER 0/5 stars straight trash”
“I sold two Taylor Swift tickets and never got my money back. I called ten times and the money is gone no one can help me or send me my money. It is my money my right. The tickets were sold since July 2023! They were supposed to send then in July 2024 after the event. I waited a year for my money and here I am still no money.”

Hours before the show I called and was given the run around, it may take an hour.... well never made the show. 3 days after the show they were released to me. I had to go to my bank to get my money back. The call center they used, would just hang up on me after telling me its my fault for ordering tickets.

“Horrible customer service. Originally bought tickets to an event on stubhub. They had no difficulty getting paid by me. Weeks later i realize i cannot attend this event. I call stubhub and they say i need to sell them on the site again. I attempt to list the tickets and ec time I try to upload a proof of purchase...the site gives me no option. I lost count how many times I spoke with a customer service rep and it was always the same frustrating experience with no help or solution. Several times I simply suggested to a person i was speaking to if they can simply manually added proof of purchase for me since the option was never appearing. I had downloaded the original receipt of the purchase, therefore I would have emailed it to them and they could have manually uploaded to my listing Their reply was I needed to do it through the email they would send me that requested the missing info. Each time time I received an email, it never allowed me to upload anything. Explaining this to them repeatedly fell on deaf ears. At 2 different times I was told that someone from stub hub would call me with a solution within an hour. I never received a call back. I never give reviews, but I can actually say this has been by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. The event has passed and I was never able to sell them due to their lack of customer service. I wonder if the mission of their customer service department is to make it a frustrating experience. I will never buy from them and nor would I ever recommend anyone use them.”

Couldn’t resend a ticket that I paid for and had proof of purchase on. Also wouldn’t refund me my money. Garbage app, garbage ticket transfers, all around trash.

“We travelled from the UK to Poland with my family and disabled daughter with a life limiting condition on the 1st of August to the Taylor swift event at the pge.
On arrival we scanned our tickets to be told the name on the system did not match our ID.
The seller had not changed the names on the tickets he had photoshopped the tickets.
Furthermore the customer service assistant provided me with the "sellers" ID to try and gain entry however the ID provides still did not match the name on the system when the tickets were scanned.
I was told nothing they can do go to the clearance point.
I waited 2 hours at the clearance point desk to be told they would not be changing the names on the tickets as I bought the tickets from stubhub and not the official selling site. I was told my only option was to stand in box office and purchase further tickets, I waited 3 hours to be told they had sold out and they were now changing the names on tickets for 50 zloty however it was already 19:10pm and Taylor started at 19:30 and the queue had thousands of people waiting which would have meant that we would have missed the show. Throughout the 5 hours my husband and children one of whom is a wheelchair user sat at the gate watching people entering and crying.
Prior to flying to Poland I contacted stubhub and requested confirmation that the ticket holder/seller had definitely changed our names on the system and you reassured me on numerous occasions that he provided proof.
When I spoke with a representative from stubhub she reassured me that the seller had done everything correctly however this is untrue as the identification provided to me did not match the system therefore he had not.
I am appalled at the level of due diligence you did prior to selling these tickets and the level of customer service provided was appalling offering no alternative solution other than try and alternative gate to see if they'll allow you in.”
“Stub hub is terrible. I listed Indianapolis Colts tickets for sale. Stub hub recommends uploading your tickets immediately to expedite the sale. I uploaded the tickets Now Stubhub emails and says they do not have my tickets. I cannot do anything to correct this. My ticketmaster account which the Colts use say the tickets were already sent. I have uploaded other Colts tickets as well and the stub hub web site is saying tickets not uploaded yet. I will never use Stubhub again. I not only cannot sell the tickets, but I cannot use them either as the Colts/Ticketmaster account says they have already been sent. Colts ticket operations suggested not using Stubhub again as well.”
