“Tickets to NHRA event were listed at $57, but went to $85 at check out. I bought several tickets and did not do the math for the total until after the check out. They got me for $30 per ticket for misc. charges. I have used them for years, but not anymore.”
“My daughter and I purchased 2 tickets for Pink, December 2023. Tickets are mobile, not been delivered. Contacted CS once by phone and 3 times via chat. I have a screenshot/chat, when told they have contacted the seller many times and no response received. Called again today and was told the delivery date is now 12:30 pm Pacific which on East time is 3:30. If tickets don't show on the day of the show, can only probably give a refund as seats are limited...so driving 4 hours/hotel would also be lost. Also have a screenshot where there is a section letter and no seat #'s listed, which along with no response are flags for SCAM. Just want a refund. When asking about possible scam, CS avoided the issue and said although they have tried many times through email to get a response from seller to no avail just have to trust the process. Several online reviews with same scenario, people are getting stiffed all over.”
“Purchased tickets for Hamilton, but were for the wrong day. Attempted to cancel the sale. Told “too bad” you purchased the tickets. Ok I will list and sell them. Complete nightmare. Multiple calls and hours on hold, they couldn’t tell me how to transfer them to a buyer. Finally got an answer from the original seller in about 5 minutes. I will still lose about $300 due to Stub Hub’s ridiculous fees which they do nothing to earn. This was my second interaction with them and both times another company had to fix it. They have only one job and SUCK at it!!!! Avoid them like the plague. Since you are getting charged exorbitant fees, you might as well go to Ticketmaster. They know what they are doing and I have had no problems with them”
“Do not list your tickets on Stub Hub! The platform stole my tickets at a fraction of the price in a few minutes. It set the price & didn’t let me adjust before posting. As I was trying to fix it they sold in a flash. Customer service and supervisor did nothing to help. Never again!”

“Bought tickets for Coldplay in February for a show in Finland in July. They never released the tickets, when I was in Finland I was on the phone for 2 hours and the agent told me he was about to send me my tickets via email and instead sent me a refund minus all the fees. Stub hub is a scam and I hope they get sued.”

“bout ticket, didn't receive it in the morning of the event. Call customer service Marlo who kept telling me "Don't worry about it, you'll get it". Pressed for when but he kept saying the same thing. Asked for Supervisor but refused and hang up. Called back and spoke with supervisor who told me she will contact the seller. Received email saying ticket was sent to me but never received. Called back and still on line with them for now over an hour. Event is in 5 hours. Let's see what happens@#$%”
“Terrible customer service! A concert was cancelled that I purchased tickets, after speaking to several reps my refund was sent to the wrong account. The supervisor on duty said that the rep I originally spoke to probably didn’t know the process and they would escalate it to a different department to see if they could correct! Also, the manager was rude and would not let me complete a sentence before he was talking over me.”
“StubHub is a complete scam. They sold me 2 tickets for a total of $493. When the event was coming up I checked Ticketmaster since that’s the tickets they transferred me to. And ticket master was selling 2 seats closer to the stage for a total of $149 including their fees!!! 🤬 when I called StubHub to transfer or upgrade my seats they simply stated they cannot accommodate my request. You would think for spending $400+ they would find some way to go above and beyond, especially knowing their competitor was selling them for less than half the costs they had robbed me of.”
“I will never use Stubhub again. I received only one ticket instead of two. I had to call customer service to fix that. Then when I got to the concert, the tickets were nowhere to be found on my phone. I ended up having paper tickets printed out at the box office. Also, the tickets I did get were not the ones I paid for. All in all, a lousy experience . At least the concert was great.”
“If I could give less than a 1 star it would still be too much. Months ago hubby buys me tix to see my beloved Steelers in a pre-season game at Pittsburgh! We immediately received the parking pass, but the seats weren't ready to send. Ok. We make hotel and food reservations and plan a whole 4 day vacation based on traveling to the game (7 hrs from home.) But now as game day approaches and after many, many calls to see if maybe we goofed on picking up the email get the tix, we discover the seller doesnt have to give them to us until 6 hours before the game. Seriously? GAME day and then we scramble to get the email and do the transfer to our wallet?! And every day this past week we have been getting emails asking if we want to sell our tix? Oh... you mean the ones we DON'T yet have? So angry. We cannot risk starting our trip on Thursday only to discover after 2 nights in hotels along the way for other activities to discover we don't have tix to the damn game. Stub Hub says they reached out to the seller... they say there is a guarantee... they say we will get you tix. Oh... you mean on game day, instead of tailgating we find cell service and wait for you to help us get new tix?! You suck. Your service model is stupid. Hubby paid with a debit card to hide this "surprise" from me, so we can't even dispute the stupid charge. So now we cancel all our plans and wait to see if we get f'd on the purchase. Lesson learned. Do NOT buy tix this way.”
“Stub hub posted in such a way that it looked like our event was cancelled. We didn’t go but it wasn’t cancelled. We didn’t go to the show as we thought it was cancelled and am now out $350”
“We showed up, tickets did not load to get in to the concert. Us along with many others were on the phone and they still couldn't get in. Stub hub says we weren't there at the beginning so they cannot refund us. Odd that they can just tell us when to be there. No one cares about the opener. We can show up when we want and those tickets should have been available when we needed them.”
