“I’ve been purchasing from yoox almost every month or every other week as soon as i caught something interesting,i experienced damaged items received before few times., returned the items and never get a refund, i decided to use cash on delivery for next purchased items it went alright., when items are not as i expected i have to return and give them my bank account for refund bit never happens a refund., then i still make orders; but suddenly my order upon delivery they hold it for No reasons without informing me its disappointing how they treat customers., bad customer service ., bad online shop ., i hope nobody will be fooled with their 70% sales as most of them are from 2018 and 2019 its not latest ., its old and i think its a pull out items from malls... better to buy on the shop as ive learned money losses than i was thinking its cheap branded items but i realized loosing money”

“Ho acquistato un vestito di marca su Yoox al prezzo di più di 100 euro ed ho ricevuto una maglietta che non aveva nulla a che fare con il vestito e che varrà 3 euro di marca ignota. Mi sono presa la briga di fotografarla visto che mi sembrava una cosa molto strana e l'ho subito resa e ho ricevuto la mail di conferma del reso il 16 Luglio, oggi è il 12 Agosto e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Ho mandato mille mail, chiamato, e nessuno mi sa dire niente soltanto: "deve attendere di essere contattata non possiamo fare nulla". Praticamente danno e beffa.”

“They cancel orders with no reason and then they keep your money in limbo up to 2 weeks. AVOID THEM!”

“Customer Service Was Helpful. Advised Prior To Purchase The Warehouse Was Closed Due To COVID-19. The Merchandise Was Shipped Several Weeks Later And Received As Described. Other Than A Delay In Shipment The Transaction was Fine. The Merchandise Is Authentic. Made Two Additional Purchases Within last Six Weeks Without Problems. Will Shop Yoox Again.”

“When you google Yoox there seem to be mixed reviews out there. Some folks say they sell fake good and are not a real company, which is simply not true. I have been shopping with yoox for a few years now and have had no issues. There free delivery (over £100) and free returns works seamlessly via UPS couriers - a very straightforward process. All and all I've been very satisfied with Yook's quality of products and service. Not sure what's gone wrong for others to give such scathing reviews but thought I'd share my positive experience to provide some balance.”

“Have been shopping with Yoox for over 7 years. Great products, great service, not once have i had an issue with them. I bought a top, that 2 days after i have received it, had a 15% discount on it, yoox were more than happy to refund the difference, no questions asked. Surprised to see bad reviews, some of them look suspect tbh, one mentioned it cost them £10 to return the item, well Yoox offer free returns, so their review is bolloxs, as are most of the negative reviews.”

“Absolutely beautiful items and great deals from so many awesome European brands. I've been shopping here for years and I've never had a problem with them. Easy returns and refunds never had an issue with that either. Fabulous! Love it!”

“YOOX is fabulous!!! Great products and selection. Delivery is swift and so are returns and refunds to my visa. I do not understand how there are complaints about YOOX. Haven been purchasing from YOOX for years and have never had any problems”

“First time bought goods form yoox and will never again. Have received absolutely different goods, other size. I have wroght 5 letters to them expaining that situation and the replies from them were - please provide us additional information, because they don't understand what I want from them. Awful service, never again will use it.”

“I did not receive refund for accepted return, after 2 weeks of waiting contacted customer support, two weeks later got the answer that they did not receive my money, but send me the product. My bank says that can not do anything and that it’s Yoox responsibility to find where money went. Yoox does not die it. Not save payment system and unreasonable shop!”

“STAY AWAY FROM YOOX! THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES OR REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR CANCELED ORDERS! YOOX.COM HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DENMARK EUROPE. THEY SEEMS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL NOR TO MY BANK FRAUD DEPARTMENT COMPLAINT STAY AWAY FROM YOOX.COM THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NEVER SHIP THE ITEM. EVERYTIME I PLACE AN ORDER I GET REPLY STATING THAT ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED WITHOUT GIVING YOU ANY REASONS. YOOX.COM AND A-NET PORTER IS A SCAM COMPANY BASED IN UK AND UNITED STATES. “Very disappointed in the quality of shoes, and Boots,I bought. Had to return them , and cost me about £10 each time. Just waste of money. The last pair I bought I couldn’t even put on, so badly design my foot got stuck half way through.”

“After reading the reviews I was very worried about my order. But I was pleasantly surprised, the response from their customer service was almost instant, shipped a second working day after I placed my order and took a day to arrive (I am in Slovenia, delivered from Italy) I ordered the Buffalo boots and they are definitely genuine as I have another pair, therefore I know. Came with original packaging. It was my first purchase and I am very pleased. It’s a pity I can’t leave a review on their website.”

“I'm so tired of their customer support. I have been a client for years and spend thousands of Pound and Euro. After 4 days they are still preparing my order due to high amount of orders according to them. So still waiting for this and then the week shipping on top of that. I asked them to apply the current 15% promotion they currently have for 48 hours on all products for this circumstance. But they where not even willing to help even though I said I will stop being a customer. This is how they treat people. Why should I continue to buy from them, there are many other online stores that respect their loyal customers.”

“I used to buy my clothes regularly and I didn't have any issue until recently. But all of the sudden 3 times in a row my orders were cancelled the day after without telling me why. I have emailed them 4 times but I didn't get any reply.”
