Well it rip off moved house and my car insurance was £310.00 pounds and went up to £640.00 pounds then I found out that post office. Through same insurance could done it for £350.09 pounds .you put up house insurance you quote was £750.00 pounds what a joke I got it for £400.00 pounds so next year when my car insurance is up I will not be coming back to you .

As I live on a boat and you do boat insurance it's mad that you dont do it for people who have cars that live on boats stupid price to pay not happy with it at all

I started a policy and at around day 21 I received a call to say that they were going to have to increase my premium as I was involved in a non fault accident 4 and a half years ago which I had not declared. The increase was excessive so I cancelled my policy the next day after being informed that i would only have to pay for the days I have had the policy (pro rata) plus a £10 admin fee. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my money back and it is £65 short which I have chased up now twice and they say they are looking into it. How long does this take!

I bought house insurance but had received no details - not even the policy number. I chased that up and asked for the policy wording. I was told an internet link would be sent to me - nothing came. I phoned again and was told the policy wording would be sent to. So far, I have received nothing. I also took out holiday home insurance - everything went well with that. I would only recommend A plan for holiday home insurance.

Took out my policy. Told to e mail photo/screen shot of no claims bonus proof. Did this. Eventually got documents. Then phoned to by a plan to say that those documents are void and my cover is now with someone else. Eventually had to phone to get my new documents. Was then told of problem with my proof of no claims. Apparently a screen shot of no claims proof is not acceptable. Even though I was told to do just that. Have no trust or faith in a plan. God help anyone who has to make a claim.

I asked for a quote for insurance on a new Audi S3. I was only offered a second policy with Markerstudy who cover my 17 year old Subaru. Fine for a classic Subaru but not suitable for the new Audi. In particular I was looking for an insurer with a good customer reputation and full new replacement for the first two years. Markerstudy reviews are quite terrible and also do not offer the 2 year full replacement. I was disappointed that no other companies were offered so I have insured the Audi with NFU Mutual who are top of the customer satisfaction list and offer the full cover.

I was asked to provide proof of my no claims bonus, I responded by sending the appropriate form with a letter asking the Witney branch to return it, I haven't as yet received it

I recently used my public liability insurance for a small claims court claim The legal team DWF used were very slow in dealing with my case The court specified all documents should be with the court 2 weeks before the hearing date DWF legal team did not do so until 3 days before the hearing date dispite me chasing them 2 weeks before the hearing. The result of this was the the judge was not impressed and almost refused the case and took a dim view of our case I was told by DWFI had a very strong case but due to the slackness the case did not go well and I am left £3,000.00 out of pocket. My legal representative was also a wet weekend.

lack of communication. When photos were sent no acknowledgement sent. No reply to my e-mail. Still no news regarding the other driver / vehicle.... who was 100% to blame. No news regarding the return of my excess.

Took out the breakdown policy when the breakdown truck arrived he couldn't even take the horsebox home . I had to get alternative arrangements as it was snowing cold and my 10 year old son was with me . Lucky no pony

You started off with one price to get me interested but when it came to paying the added extras that weren't discussed made the cost unacceptable. Should have been up front from the start

The deal I got on my cobra was good but my deal on my Porsche was not clear the cost keeper going up and the garage endorsement is a joke. I had much cheaper quotes with out this endorsement.
