“I recently took out both house contents and buildings insurance plus car insurance with the Eastleigh office. There were a couple of queries from me and they after a letter and phonecalls the girl was USELESS as nothing was resolved. In despair I went into the Worcester office in person and Laurence Cooper sorted all the problems out efficiently and politely. He is a star unlike the useless girl in the Eastleigh office. So I give him a score of 10 and them a score of nil.”

“I have used A-plan for several years now, and have always found them extremely helpful and great to deal with. I have a few cars and they always put the best policy on each of my cars. I will be with A-plan for years to come I would think. They are my first port of call with all things insurance based. David Tucker”

“Following a claim I needed cancell one of my two policies. Which would cost approx£500 Matt (aplan) suggested moving my current vehicle to the other policy. This has saved me £500. Many thanks”
