“I have had home and car insurance through a-plan for a number of years. Whenever I get a renewal price through, particularly for my car, it always seems very steep. The team at a-plan are always able to get it down, last year by £150, but if you don't shop around you will end up paying over the odds, in my opinion”

“From the moment I walked into the building I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and my every-need was considered. When there was an obstacle to be overcome, it was overcome with the best outcome for me as the prime concern. I had the utmost confidence that my policy was the best it could possibly be. “I would have rated higher but the reason I took out the policy with A Plan and did not organise it myself is because I was told that I would receive £25 M&S vouchers - so far this has not materialised!!”

Dear Mr Barnes. Sorry to hear that your vouchers haven't come yet. We normally inform clients that these can take up to 28 days to arrive. Apologies if this wasn't communicated. I will chase this up for you with the branch today.

“The price of the policy and the service in Bromley was very good however. The administration on the finance end was woeful! It was only after my prompting that, the payments were set up properly. With no explanation why the service was not followed through.”
