“Very helpful operator who called me back. No hard sell at all and I knew (with the internet we can check these things) that I was being told the truth. No spiel. I've been with A Plan for many years now and appreciate the goodwill gestures that I sometimes get, such as half price legal cover - the more so as I have NEVER used it. Or, indeed, crashed at all. Perhaps there will be something in June to celebrate my continued safe driving. Love the personal touches. Love the English (Hampshire, isn't it) call centres. Operators are brilliant. Can and do recommend. Best wishes, James”

“Courteous and efficient. This has always been my experience. Whilst nobody can really get too excited about spending money on any kind of insurance, the A - team have never disappointed when it comes to the quality of both their service and the products that they offer. If doing insurance online is apparently easy, doing it with A Plan is effortless and has the added assurance that you are actually getting the right cover at a great price. Thank you team.”
