“Outstanding staff, very helpful they explain addons to the policy they don't push them when I said no. They don't pester you with phone calls wanting my business, the decision is mine when Im ready. I now have 2 cars and building insurance with your company. The prices are brilliant as well Keep going A Plan”

“I'm assuming this review relates to car Insurance as I also have Home Insurance through A Plan. The service is always professional and efficient and i know my query will be dealt with well. I have one issue; I never speak to the same person twice, even in relation to the same query. Personally, I would like to have a name that I ask for or who contacts me and in his/her absence a second named person on the account. I feel it would be more personable and even more efficient.”
