“Thank you for sorting out my insurance for me. However, I still feel a bit lost when dealing with people that i am not familiar with. I always got on with Amanda Maule and dealt with either her or her son when she was Buckingham Insurance Services.”

“Always good customer care over the years. But not happy i had to pay a lot for cancellation after last renewal, when i had mentioned i needed the insurance for 2-3 months as i was getting a new car. I should have been advised to go for temporary insurance at the renewal. So lost almost £200.00 in cancellation fee. So not happy.”

“I recently had to make an insurance claim. I thought the service I received was first class. The claim was dealt with very quickly and I was kept up to date all the way, the repair to my car was excellent and it was also valeted. Thank you.”
