“As I already had the quote from my health insurance I did not feel that I needed the services of Active quote this year. I didnt receive any communication from them until 2 days before the due date of the policy so would not have had time to shop around anyway.”

“After setting out requirements, the agent responded with a few alternatives which was then explained in more detail during a follow-on telephone call. All subsequent email correspondance were prompt and assisted in making a more informed decision about which cover to select. Will recommend this service.”

“No contact initiated from ActiveQuote before the renewal date. After my chasing the matter was rectified by a Team Leader and the renewal details eventually resolved. I would hope for a considerably improved service next year.”

“Sending out renewal notices 1 week before the policies are due for renewal is not satisfactory, especially given that the letter was dated August 24th with a postmark dated September 24th and received on October 3rd. Not what I need from a service provider.”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. We take unsatisfied customers very seriously. I'm sorry our service was not satisfactory. We make every attempt to contact our clients by phone and email weeks before their renewal date to discuss their options, unfortunately we were unable to do so this time. “Excellent service throughout. We dealt with Claire Birch who spent time going through all of the options and produced a very good package at a considerably cheaper rate than our present insurers. We will certainly recomend your services to our friends.”

“Very efficient service, they were more than happy to go back to insurer to try and get a reduction on the renewal quote for me (they achieved a 5% reduction) I have always found them pre-active and happy to search the market for alternative cover”
