My contact was James Crocker, who from my initial call through to completion was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was understanding of my concerns over switching PMI providers and guided me through each stage. He communicated well and reassured me completely - and to top it all with his help we were both able to switch cover on 'no worse terms' - a perfect result! I would happily recommend him and Active Quotes.

I was dreading going through the lengthy process to get medical insurance for our family and had been putting it off. I discovered ActiveQuote via this review site and was so pleased that I did. I was lucky enough to get Ross Crane as my advisor who made the entire process not only easy but actually enjoyable. He was very informative and ascertained exactly what we needed for our family and quoted us a fabulous policy which I signed up for over the phone. I would most definitely recommend ActiveQuote and will be calling them back again soon for the rest of our insurance needs. Thanks again Ross for your fabulous service.

I have just renewed by medical insurance - I was able to raise all my queries by email which is a bonus as I lead a very busy life and taking telephone calls is just some times difficult to co-ordinate. They dealt with all issues efficiently.

James Evans was very professional in reminding me that my insurance was up for renewal well in advance, which was very helpful. He also helped me get a better rate on my current Health insurance, again very helpful for me as every little helps! Very pleased and happy with the service that James has provided me with. Keep up the good work!

Very professional, highly efficient and competitive. I was unfortunate enough to experience another provider's service which sounded great at the start but turned out to be everything that Active Quote is not. Abbey Facey was very impressive even when it looked as though I was renewing via another provider. I generally believe in giving feedback that allows for improvement but on the this occasion there is no need.

I gave this review 3 stars rating it normal, however I could have given it less as initial phone call to me indicated that I was paying £132 for 2013/2014 and I was now going to be paying £130 for 2014/2015 resulting in a reduction in my payments also I was informed that I had made an amendment to policy in January 2014 neither of these statements was correct and I informed lady of this and she said she would call me back, I feel this happened due to lack of preparation of my case on behalf of caller. When call back came following day caller recoqnised her failure previous day and informed me that I was correct in informing her payment information was incorrect, and she now informed me instead of a reduction in my 2014/2015 payments as previously informed there was now an increase in these payments which I have accepted also the amendment she referred to was made not by me but by active quote as a result of active quote making error in my address. As I was asked to give a fair assessment of this process this I believe is what I have done and I would hope this will assist in future contacts. Jim Heffron

Seemed Ok but would have preferred a few alternative quotes to have been presented at ti,me of renewal including cheapest and pro's and con's against these and current provider. It also seems that I had not opted for a free benefit (mylogbuy) from the insurer - when I queried it I was told I would have to contact the insurer who then told me they hadn't automatically included me because I had not ticked the box for this benefit.

The key to choosing a healthcare package is to be aware of whats available from providers and to determine from the outset what you need now and what you might need in the future - Active Quote were more active than most in explaining and more significantly getting the best deal out of providers whose main objective is to provide as sparse a package for the maximum price - its a commercial transaction so dont be lulled into thinking that any of the providers are charities despite what BUPA says !
