“Overall I'm happy with the service provided. I got a better deal than originally offered by asking for different options, but it would have been better if I had been offered some alternatives without having to ask as my premium was going up about 20% with no improvement in cover”

“Whilst the premium shows only a modest increase from last year I wonder if Active Quote attempted any negotiation from the original platform level? My Partner also has a Policy with AVIVA through Active Quote and other Specialist Advisors who also apparently have a good connection with AVIVA believe that the Premiums quoted are open for negotiation, without reducing the cover detail, etc. The point being, is the whole Premium level too high for the level of risk to AVIVA?”

“After receiving an outrageous renewal price for private healthcare I contacted ActiveQuote who immediately started work on the case. “I was suspicious at first as I don't usually accept phone calls from unknown numbers and was not expecting to need to renew my policy, but the young gentleman emailed me as well and I was able to look for your phone number to reassure myself. He was very helpful, professional and informative.”

“Initially I was very happy with the service. Communication then dropped off completely. I understand Leanne was off sick but I would have expected others to step in. My last communication was 'I will speak to my supervisor and ask about compensation' and I've heard nothing since.”

“ActiveQuote review the annual renewal cost of my private medical cover checking other insurance providers and as such recommend the most appropriate policy. I therefore feel I am paying the most cost effective subscription for the cover I need.”
