“I was quickly contacted by Mike Knott after my online application. After an n depth discussion about my condition he said that he would do his best to ensure that I was able to get life insurance and critical illness cover. The correspondence through tofu and I was able to get insurance and cover. I appreciate all your help and assistance to source insurance for me and security for my family.”

“I was not happy with the accuracy and quality of the information provided. My views were not listened to and my questions and concerns were disregarded. You only retained my business because I felt cornered when time ran out. Unless I have a better experience next time I will seriously consider going elsewhere. Finally, I would place on record I have already advised Jamie of my dissatisfaction. Why has this not been acknowledged.?”
