“I have used Active Quote for my health insurance for the third time, and once again, I was very impressed with the service. Kim's knowledge was really top-notch, and I felt that she understood what I wanted, and made sensible, grounded and well-informed suggestions. “I was not happy with the accuracy and quality of the information provided. My views were not listened to and my questions and concerns were disregarded. You only retained my business because I felt cornered when time ran out. Unless I have a better experience next time I will seriously consider going elsewhere. Finally, I would place on record I have already advised Jamie of my dissatisfaction. Why has this not been acknowledged.?”
