“Have received nothing but terrible service from Activequote sadly. They completely screwed up a simple transfer to a new provider leaving my daughter with no cover for a pre-existing condition. This was investigated but despite email records and voice recordings confirming there mis-selling they were unable to sort out. I'm sure they are capable of better but this was a sad episode. My latest renewal has somehow gone through without a single contact from them. They now appear to be collecting commission for doing absolutely nothing.”

“Our insurance broker Richard was very helpful and knowledgable. This enabled us to select the right health insurance policy. However when the documents arrived they contained conditions we did not expect. Richard followed this up with the insurer and after a lot of hard work and determination managed to secure the same policy at the same price minus any restrictions or conditions. This was an excellent outcome and we will use Richard’s services again.”
