“Levi phoned me but the signal was bad. He then sent me an email about the renewal of my private medical insurance with WPA. I was confused, & quite worried, as I thought I’d sorted this with WPA a couple of weeks earlier. I replied to his email (twice) asking him to ring again the next day to sort this out. Never heard from him & I had to ring WPA to check everything was OK. Hopeless waste of my time.”
