“I was impressed with the customer service I received during my first ever experience of buying private medical insurance. I particularly liked how a question I had was answered from personal experience as it helped me to understand better how to broach the subject of using private medical insurance with my GP should I need to. “Levi phoned me but the signal was bad. He then sent me an email about the renewal of my private medical insurance with WPA. I was confused, & quite worried, as I thought I’d sorted this with WPA a couple of weeks earlier. I replied to his email (twice) asking him to ring again the next day to sort this out. Never heard from him & I had to ring WPA to check everything was OK. Hopeless waste of my time.”
