“The service offered was very efficient and responsive. I received a very quick response to my initial enquiry and within 24 hours I was fully informed about the options available. “Kim (Powell) was excellent. Even though I told her it was unlikely I would switch, she listened to me and explained a bunch of things I had not previously realised - which led to me being interested in a switch but I still said probably not. She took time to show me some alternatives which were very promising; in the end, I decided to stay with our current provider for entirely personal reasons but told her 80%+ we would switch next year (and of course stay with ActiveQuote). She gave the kind of service that makes customers loyal, in a market where loyalty is a rare commodity hard to achieve. I was really impressed.”
