“I was sold an income insurance policy from this company at the beginning of the year. They went through my circumstances in depth and assured me the policy was right for me. Unfortunately I had to make a claim, my claim was rejected by the insurance company as I was sold an incorrect policy (confirmed by insurance company). When I complained to Active Quote they accepted that they had sold me the wrong policy. However they only offered me one moneths benefit as a way of compensation. So I am now 7 months post accident, trying to recover from an injury on nil income. Added to this stress I am now having to take legal action against this unhelpful, unprofessional and unsympathetic company.”

“The gentleman that I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. Top service:) However, the company I went for for my health insurance did not sort anything out so far. They haven't taken the payment on the quoted date and were not helpful at all when I have contacted them.”
