“Terry Burt went over and beyond my expectations and would really like to say thank you to him for helping me to find specifically what package and deal was best for me as a customer for the first time looking into this. he gave me condifence in going ahead to purchase the policy. “Richard Champion (the Advisor) really showed a commitment to my needs. He did deliver a result that enabled me to take a policy that fit my (unusual) circumstances. I am very thankful to him for this. The cost of the policy was fair. Many Thanks to you Richard for helping me.”

“Answered the phone after just a couple of rings - a real person, not one of those endless menu choices, 1,2,3,4.......... Dealt knowledgeably with my query, put me on hold whilst they checked with AVIVA, then assured me all was as it should be; discounts, increase re my recent claim etc etc all accounted for in my premium. Happy cheerful call handler, friendly without being familiar.”

“I searched long and hard to find a knowledgeable broker to help me - ActiveQuote succeeded where others had failed. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone, contactable also on email. They found me a suitable policy at a great price - thank you James! Medical insurance is a bit of a minefield - perhaps, like me, you have struggled to find the right policy. Think about calling these guys. Thank you ActiveQuote for a job well done!”
