“Mat Dotchon is excellent but unfortunately on this occasion it was not his department that could deal with my matter. Sadly, the Retention department was not as efficient or communicative until thankfully my issue was dealt with by the senior consultant (apologies, I cannot recall her name).”

“ActiveQuote are not ‘active’ they just sent me my renewal quote year after year and did not bother looking for alternatives despite the cost going up and up until i complained, then hey presto much cheaper quotes were available. How long have I been paying too much thinking that ‘active’ quote were actually doing their job?”
