One of the horrible company in the UK. After taking money they won’t send the items. Not issuing the refund. They will not refund or help you once you plan an order. You will not get any kind of customer service. One simple answer, we use third party delivery service. Be careful before making an order.

Oh my gosh, I phoned to Adexa company this morning to cancel my order. I fed up with waiting for the delivery last 7 days. A lady said charge me £24 delivery service which I haven't received the goods. That is very poor quality service and consumer protection act, this company shouldn't charge me delivery cost. As I am running a business, I was absolutely shocked when she said she will deduct the delivery cost. Also, refund won't be available next 5 days. Please be aware of absolutely poorly customer service.

In all my history of ordering online I have never come across such a bad company. I ordered an item which wasn’t suitable, so tried to return and for the first time in years I was told that I needed to pay for the return courier and 25% of the cost of the item as a restocking fee! When I objected to this I was told ‘read the small print’ then I was told because I’ve left it so long I couldn’t return the item at all .. the time lag was caused by a lack of response to my objections. When I asked for a management callback I was told you may or may not get one… unbelievable, avoid this company like the plague. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to complaints and warnings

This company are big scammers! Do not order from them. Placed an order and next day called to cancel the order and we had more items to purchase and they said they could not hold or cancel the order and if we required a refund they would take 25% and courier fee and admin fee. We paid £1066 and only got back £536. We no item purchase. Day light robbery. I'd advise no one to order from them unless you are defo sure you will not want a refund.

SCAM artists at work. Paid £40 for next day delivery, my fridge was not received, I had to run my event without a bottle fridge, the events been and gone, I did without and cancelled the order, given they didnt bother delivering, now I am being told they're charging over £350 in charges for a cancelled order. The company are an absolute joke. The rudest customer service staff ever, they're vile.

Bought a pretty expensive Kamado BBQ from Adexa - arrived in good time but it had a missing / duplicate part so it has meant you can't put the frame together to stand the 80kg BBQ in. 4 months laters, still chasing Customer Support to a) get a part sent out or b) to even call me back as promised. I must have emailed / called about 15 times over 4 months with still no resolution, not able to speak to a manager, can't guarantee a call back, no one in the "spares team" to confirm status. Terrible customer, absolutely useless service which is a shame as the BBQ itself and price was really good. However, if you can't even use the item purchased then it's a complete waste. AVOID Adexa!!!!

Very poor quality equipment coffee machine did not work for long, the warranty was parts only. I as told to get my own engineer out. Customer support is hopeless blunt and could not care less. DO NOT touch this company.

As with everyone else here - we bought a juicer from Adexa and it stopped working after 3 weeks. They want me to pay for someone to come and verify that it's not working and send a PDF file with letterhead from an engineer. I don't need to pay someone to tell me the thing is broken. Customer service is shocking - the worst I have ever come across in my life. Please avoid. These people are scammers and I really don't know how they are still in business.

I haven't even bought anything of them directly but rang them so ask if they could sell me a spare part for a produce they still sell and was met by a rude staff member who was absolutely no help at all and kept talking over me. I feel sorry for anyone who's purchases anything from these lot. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Shocking customer service from Adexa! Megan was patronising and clearly lying. The 'kerbside' delivery is ridiculous considering they sell predominantly large catering equipment. It is not made clear when ordering that this is the case and then looking further in to it seems that you must remove all packaging on the street before accepting delivery otherwise they will not accept responsibility for any faults. I can see this is most likely where the issue is with similar reviews that customers have not received a full refund. Strongly advise to look elsewhere for your equipment. Would also suggest Adexa do some real customer service training with their employees.

I just placed an order for 2 fridges and my order was delayed I called in to request the reason for delay the advisor said one of the item wasn't available they will issue me a refund just order another model which I did. after I placed the order i noticed they did not send me a refund so called in again they are now claiming they will charge me 25% off for refund when i was following there instructions as the item is now in stock. The advisor was lying through her teeth (Megun) so i said please do not take any actions i will email you as the dishonesty levels over the phone where crazy. As soon as i hanged up i could see my online profile she had put the refund in without me even requesting it. disgraceful behaviour they seem to be running a dictatorship

Fridge Delivered Damaged - Adexa Dont Care - As per all these other reviews, see the pathetic response below "I am very sorry that your item has been delivered to you damaged, if you would like a replacement unfortunately you will have to pay 20%, £144 admin charge and a £120 courier charge because you did accept the item so you are liable for this damage now" Please save yourselves and avoid this company

Same story as others, bought a popcorn machine that arrived with broken glass, as we hadn't opened it within 24 hours was told that they would not help. They would not say where replacement glass came from and the interaction with customer services was shocking, and at some points rude. DO NOT USE!

I bought a freezer which defrosted twice for no reason and I lost over £200 of product. I had only had it two weeks yet they refused to collect it and refund. Appalling customer service, awful products. Avoid at all costs.

Charge you 25% of the total value to return an unopened and unused product and then charge you £24 for the courier service to collect it. Absolutely disgraceful.

Adexa sends faulty goods and doesn’t offer return. Big scam! Adexa sells you products at a great price because they are faulty. Beware!! They have a 24 hour notification policy so you must notify them within 24 hours if there is a fault. Most people don’t. So adexa gets away with selling broken or faulty goods and then offers you a £25 voucher. We bought a popcorn machine - came with broken glass and the electric part also didn’t work. It was totally unusable. We didn’t open the box as soon as it came rather after a few days. Adexa didn’t want the return or issue any compensation. Keep well away!

A Ice machine was purchased from these and unfortunately it was the wrong one so cancelled an hour later. However the company would not cancel the order without us being charged 5%. Tried to talk to them but they were unhelpful and abrupt.
