Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! We spent about £2,000 with this company and they obviously don’t give two hoots about their customers. On delivery the driver was in such a hurry to get away (curb side delivery only) four items we piled up and there was no way of checking to see if the items were ok. The driver said that he wouldn’t wait and drove off. On getting the items into my premises I unpacked a fridge and found it was badly damaged. I called the office in Guildford approximately 10 minutes after the delivery to inform them of the damage and they said there was nothing they would do. If I wanted to return the fridge if would cost me £170.00. Finally they have offered 10% discount (£70.00) off what is a badly damaged fridge. If you believe you should feel like a valued customer I would seriously go elsewhere. The range is cheap and flimsy and customer service is more customer contempt.

Hi I have also had a very bad experience. I bought 2 items last year from this company which cost me about £1250. Then, I cancelled due to a very long delivery time. However, they still delivered one of the items which was different to what I ordered. I have rang them many times but there is no answer from their phone I have also emailed them to collect the item but again no reply. Finally, they did take away the item without notice. When I chased for a refund, they only refunded one item and took a 5% charge. The wrongly delivered was never refunded. If Anyone can post information for the delivery company they use so I can trace it that would be very helpful. Hopefully, I can take them to court in due course. Many thanks

We received two of our three items ordered yet one was still wrong. Still awaiting delivery of the third item and had no response whatsoever in regard to the wrong item being exchanged. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and I've lost count how many times I've called but no one has ever answered the phone. Alexa have taken the full amount of our money yet not produced the goods. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Will now be seeking advise from Citizens Advice regarding Trading Standards.

DO NOT BUY Absolutely rubish place to buy anything, Avoid at any cost i bought a coldroom from them which cost £4,197. we purchased the wrong sized and asked them to exchange it for the right size, that;s where all the drama starts. first they said we will send some one to collect that one and send you the right size it took almost one month chasing them... they will never answer phone and even if they did they will not resolve or listen to you at all. and then they said no you have to return that one which we did and they didnot exchange it for us unfortunately we had to come back from there warehouse. the worst ever company in the UK i have seen... if anyone is going to court with them for any reason do contact me i am happy to be on your side...i want this company to be closed forever the way they treat customers...the boss of the company is a d..khead his name is HAKAN...I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMMERS....I DONOT WANT THEM TO REPLY ME AT ALL AND I KNOW THEY WILL TRY TO REPLY BUT TRUST ME THE AMOUNT OF STRESS AND AGONY THEY CAUSED TO MY HEALTH IS UNBEARABLE. THE ITEM WAS NOT JUST £200 OR £300 IT WAS £4000...

"avoid this company" they took my payment but the item isn't arrived . asked for the refund but didn't received as well call the customer service a lady pick up my phone then when I gave the order number she just put the phone down I tried to call again no one pick up the phone at all .

Utter, utter incompetence. I ordered two fridges, they took payment, i received emails saying the fridges had been shipped, no fridges arrived. Three weeks later (after two more emails saying they'd been shipped), i finally got through to Adexa only to be told the fridges were out of stock, and hadn't been shipped at all. They didn't even exist. Seeing as they already had my money I ordered two replacement fridges, received assurances they would be shipped immediately, and they weren't. Apparently they now have been, but if/when they finally do arrive they will be a month late. Avoid these idiots like the plague.

Had a mixer one mix lugs fell off Their only interested in passing the buck, giving you the run around hoping you loose interest in asking them to fix it remember a product should be fit for purpose not with these sell it and forget it

Adexa, are very poor at dealing with a problems should one arise. You cannot speak with anyone of the phone, everthing is via e-mail and very little common sense is used when dealing with a problem. Would recommend that you source your product elsewhere....they take no ownership in sorting our a problem, and start quoting your their terms and conditions. We had to trace the MD details via Company's House, speak with Trading Standards, send letters via recorded delivery,and even then the problem was not resolved. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS WAS AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE (AND THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE WITH MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Fridge never delivered despite dozens of phone calls, most of which we’re not answered. Luckily I had paid by credit card and was able to get a charge back. Avoid!!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. Ordered a pizza oven from them, and like one of the other reviewers, the stone arrived cracked. I emailed them with pictures to make them aware and they eventually replied (after a good while) to say they were sending a replacement stone. Almost a month later I am still to received the stone. I have been emailing them and trying to get through via phone to no avail. Will be contacting Trading Standards.

Purchased pizza oven and table from them. The pizza oven arrived with the brick broken in half. Took a good amount of tries to reach out to their support team via phone as on email - no response after 48 hours. I was told that the pizza oven will be fine with the brick in half and that I should use it like this. Asked them to send over a replacement, a week later no show, called again - after long tries to get them to answer and they said they have to order it on that day from "manufacturer" as they don't have a brick in stock, asked for ETA - I received none. Waited an extra week then decided to open claim on Paypal. Don't bother buying from them.
