“Purchased pizza oven and table from them. The pizza oven arrived with the brick broken in half. Took a good amount of tries to reach out to their support team via phone as on email - no response after 48 hours. I was told that the pizza oven will be fine with the brick in half and that I should use it like this. Asked them to send over a replacement, a week later no show, called again - after long tries to get them to answer and they said they have to order it on that day from "manufacturer" as they don't have a brick in stock, asked for ETA - I received none. Waited an extra week then decided to open claim on Paypal. Don't bother buying from them.”

“Read the reviews - thought I would give the company the benefit of the doubt, as surely no business can be this bad on customer service? Would never buy anything from the company again due to lack of their responsibilty despite the evidence provided to them, feel once a sale has been made you have no come back. In two words - Very Poor!”

“I would give this company a 0 rating if that was possible, sent me damaged goods no replacement or refund. Even after I photographed the damage and emailed them. Won't answer phone or email. Stay away from them.”

“Shocking service. I bought 2 microwaves and the handles came off both after 3 weeks, they told me they could only guarantee the items for 10 days and If I wanted to take it further I would have to pay for an engineer to look at the microwaves. I don't need an engineer to tell me the handles have fell off. The DO NOT answer their phone and are just scam artists. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!”

“Appalling experience with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM ADEXA. Goods are poor. Nothing like on website. Customer service even worse. They make more money out of scamming people on return delivery charges when you want to send back what you bought because you discover their products are cheap and nasty than anything else. The company is run by a Turkish man, who I guess imports via Istanbul from China. Should be reported to trading standards as the suggested discounts are lies. Totally misleading as the quality of manufacture means that he is overstating original sale price by 400 percent. Do not spend your money with Adexa.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I DIDNT READ REVIEWS BEFORE I PUCHASED A DOUBLE DEEP FAT FRYER. STUPID ME. AFTER 3 MONTHS ONE TANK STARTED TO LEAK THE PLATE WHERE CONTOL KNOBS ARE CURLED UP. THEY MADE ME GET AN ENGINEER REPORT BEFORE THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING. AFTER 30PLUS EMAILS I STILL HAVE A LEAKING FRYER. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY HANG UP AS SOON AS YOU ARE CONNECTED.I AM NOW IN TOUCH WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT. THERE IS ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T WRITE A REVIEW WITHOUT TICKING ONE I WOULD PUT MINUS IF I COULD. LEARN FROM MY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE DONT BUY FROM HERE.”

“Dont dont buy anything from this guys, waste of money and time. And i will tell you that, you won't get what you've paid for. There will be something missing and then it will take you months trying to get the missing part, at the end to results. So wasted money and time . Don't bother. Read the reviews.”

“Wish we had read the reviews before ordering! We are experiencing the absolute nightmare that I can read so many have been having! Ordered 2 fridges, once finally delivered there was only 1. When I finally got an answer they told me they would need cctv of accepting the items even though only one was signed for on delivery!!!!! Finally they admit that the other fridge was not in stock in the first place. Shocking Customer service. Never dealt with a company like this before.”

“The HLC-300 was delivered very quickly and is a good machine but you cannot get additional cutting blades for it unless you buy them from Australia. Adexa informed me that you cannot buy spare discs from them! I wouldn’t have bought it had I known!”
