All ok till a fault developed after only 4 months. Contacted Adexa cust svs, only to be told that that particular fault (a fridge interior light has failed) is not covered by warranty. Then she said if I got an independent report done at my own expense, stating the fault, if they accept it, they would replace the light, but we would have to get it fitted ourselves, at our own expense. Never heard of such a useless warranty. Details now with Trading Standards.

Send faulty item back, no contact from them. Had to chase, told by them another item would be sent out, but this didn't arrived and denied having said that!! Arranged delivery again, read reviews and asked for refund. The fridge did turn up despite refund!! but box was damaged so can only guess it was damaged again inside. AVOID!!

Well thank goodness I came on to the reviews about this company, opening a cafe and was away to order everything from them , NOT NOW lol 😂 after reading all the reviews

We ordered a sink in January 19 and when it was finally delivered after having to contact the company as they didn't contact us and in fact the delivery was only notified by the delivery driver on the actual day of delivery, the item arrived badly damaged. It took many emails and a month for them to collect the item, and the collection was the same procedure as above and then the refund didn't arrive and again many emails to resolve this.

Don't buy from Adexa. Cheap Company with bad Customer service. Ordered a freezer 19/02/19. Hopping to receive it in two weeks time but after 22 days I email them where is my product. They email me back they don't have the product in stock. Customer service never contact me about stock. They offered me different freezer with next day delivery service, I accept it as I had no choice, they took my money 22 days ago. After 2-3 day no freezer arrived. I email them again. Answer-wait another 3-5 working days. After long wait I receive the Freezer but they never give me my difference money back. I would advice buy elsewhere.

The delivery was very bad after 7 days waiting they already taken the money and still waiting i did call them the customer service was so bad and not helpful at all after 7 days waiting I refund my product which was I really need them for my new business Not recmat all

Received my refrigerator and required extra shelves. They don't sell them and don't know where they can be sourced. Not particularly helpful and ended live chat abruptly 😬😬

Ordered a a hot water urn in November 2018. 6 weeks later they sent the wrong one. They had altered our order because they did not have stock of what we wanted. They do not answer the phone and automated email responses only. They eventually agreed to collect which happened in february 2019. Finally got delivery of what we ordered in March. we installed this yesterday morning and this morning the handle fell off. Less than 24 hours service. I can only guess at how painful and long winded the process of getting this sorted out is going to be. I would advise buying elsewhere.

Paid, they sent wrong thing. Collected a month later but didn't give us the tracking number or refund. PayPal found in their favour as we don't have the tracking number. Currently hoping the financial ombudsman will help, Adexa replying to nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We used Adexa for a number of items to fit out a new bar. Delivery was drawn out and no information was forthcoming. No answer to telephone calls and no response to emails requesting delivery information. One of the items is faulty and again the company has failed to answer phone calls or respond to emails. We are about to pursue through the small claims court. I wish I'd read reviews before placing the order!

We purchased x2 deep fat fryers for use in our cafe in December, less than two months later one of these went bang, on calling Adexa an answerphone message states 'the call is important to them' and then it automatically hangs up!!! With this I emailed them with a copy of original invoice, to hear back a few hours later advising the item only comes with a 14 day guarantee- and I need to employ an electrician engineer to inspect the item, then send the engineers report to Adexa, they will then send required parts only, and I am then need to re-employ the electrical engineer to fit parts............ Have requested a call back from management or director (looking at earlier posts, do not think this will happen, but i will amend this review if it does)!! FRANKLY DISGUSTED!!!! and am taking advise on the situation..........

They want your business. but then afterwards, the worst customer service ever. the lady on phone who tried to deal with my complaint was rude, arrogant and she did not care. she even told me i would be charged if i refuse delivery. The delivery man was kerb side only drop off. i have been in business 30 years as a hotel manager, first time i have a company not bring delivery into hotel. this caused us major problems as it was a heavy item. This company says great customer service. I can tell you. it should say Terrible customer service. The Indian lady i spoke to was so full of herself and refused to help or listen to my problem, she told me i wont get my money back and if i refuse delivery i will be charged. Amazingly terrible attitude. Please do not use this company. look how many 1 out of 5 stars they have. this tells you everything about their attitude.

Extremely poor customer service fraud basically did not deliver all the items I ordered left me in a situation to get alternatives in time for event that was for New Years and today am still battling with them for a refund

We are supplayer and we order tow orders from Adexa in Sweden ..they have same problem ,,,take payment and not deliver ,,, try to Contact Adexa no answer att all. very bad company not upportning costumers VG group Ab Sweden

Adexa is an absolutely awful online company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are a Church and a charity and the commercial fridge we purchased to support our project with a homeless shelter arrived with two major faults. Firstly the door was broken and would not open correctly; also it had been very badly damaged, possibly in transport. Adexa customer support is terrible. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude and unhelpful so don’t expect a solution. The severe damaged to the fridge was deemed to be our responsibility and neither would they except any responsibility for the fridge door being faulty. They would NOT send an engineer to inspect the commercial fridge but suggested we could pay them an extra fee of £130 for them to arrange for it to be collected and taken somewhere for an inspection but with NO GUARANTEE of Adexa taking any responsibility. Given the rotten customer service I do NOT TRUST THEM to offer us a solution. I think the extra £130 fee is a way for them to get extra money from you. BEWARE FAULTY GOODS ON SALE.

I strongly suggest you don't use this company. Bar Cooler payed for and delivered. When it was opened it looked like it had been dropped from a great height. Unable to contact Adexa so photo's were sent via email. This was back in November, after several more emails, guess what I'm still waiting for a replacement.
