Longs delays in delivery. No information on when the items would actually arrive. Damaged on arrival. No response from the company. This is a one star rating only because it's impossible to give it less. Avoid.

Sick to death of ringing and email and not getting a reposes. I placed a huge ordered costing a large amount of money and only half of it was delivered with no information regarding when the rest of it will be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a fridge to assist with our food bank service as part of the ongoing Covid-19 service. It arrived, no sign of any damage but when we switched it on 2 days later, it did not work. We were informed that due to the pandemic the fridge could not be collected or replaced And their services manager Mark said he had the authority to instruct us to get an engineer to repair it and they would cover the costs. We did so and the fridge then broke down again. The engineer had informed us it may not work for long as it is a manufacturing fault and hasn’t been put together properly by Adexa. We have insisted on a full refund and want to return the goods. We have heard nothing since and on the rare occasion we did get through to customer services we were told that Mark no longer works there and to contact the enquiries email and also that he had no authority to instruct us to repair the fridge despite me having an email to say he had. I have made numerous phone calls which are never answered, emails etc.... Yep you’ve guessed right.... have heard nothing. We are a small charity ran entirely by volunteers and have had to fork out for another fridge to ensure that we can meet the needs of our community during the pandemic. To say I am absolutely disgusted would be an understatement. While the cost of a fridge may be minimal to some it is a large amount of money for us. On the first occasion I spoke to Mark when we discovered the faulty fridge I was told that it was down to senior management who were worried about the company and scared they would go bust. looking at the reviews on here I fear they may have or will do due to poor customer service. At this point if I could leave no stars I would.

Grease trap arrived damaged 4 weeks ago. Item was picked up bit nothing else since. I wanted an exchange as the item was required, but CS told me needs to be refunded. So no refund yet, no exchange. Forget using these guys again

Had to wait 3 weeks for pizza boxs, Wrong size arrived cannot get in contact with the Adexa direct via emails or phones. I do believe the company is in the process of going into administration. Hold your orders

Ordered a griddle for our new takeaway venture to try and save our pub, no response, to emails or phone calls. trying to get my bank to recall the payment now. AVOID.

Terrible customer service. Delivery company refused to call me or listen to my requests despite a day at home waiting. Then Adexa wanted to charge me extra for the failed delivery. They have had my money for almost 2 months and I have no product nor replies to recent emails AVOID!!!

Having waited two weeks for an order I just had my credit card company refund the charge and debit their merchant account. Let's see what happens next. But having now read the reviews I think I can guess...

Broken fridge freezer received. Waited for 20-25 days and after received broken freezer.no reply for my email. Waste of money.

after waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery my fryer stayed on the lorry as its legs were all broken off it was not usable at all! no one answering calls or emails! i had also ordered a microwave at the same time and still no idea if or when that is coming! so were £800 down DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Feels like SCAMMERS!!! Feels like we’ve been Ripped Off!!!! Using COVID-19 as an excuse to entice already struggling companies to buy ‘Discounted’ aka Damaged goods is nothing short of disgraceful, then as with other reviews equipment arrived severely damaged and unusable - no customer service whatsoever! No response to emails, can’t get through on the telephone!!! Suggest people start to report this company to Trading Standards or the DTI! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Guaranteed next day delivery actually arrived a week later. No customer service.....and I mean NO customer service. The phone just rings and then cuts off and mails are never replied too.

Wine fridge arrived with a broken door handle. No refund no replacement so I have a wine firdge with no handle that cost me £300 I have tried to get my money back from Adexa but they are ignoring me now. They have offered me 5% back but I can’t even open the fridge!
