I have purchased 12 storage boxes and 3 had broken lids. This was obviously purposefully done as they were at the bottom of the pile and that couldn't be seen from the outside. When I tried to get help I just got told their T&C protected them. So if you buy (which I wouldn't recommend) you should check all your items carefully as you have got 24 hours to contact them. Apparently it was 24 hours for delivery damage but in fact it was 24 hours for any damage (the damage I had was definetely not in transport!). Waste of time..Also if you email them make sure you take a photo or similar as I emailed them twice (albeit not in 24 hours!) and they denied seen my emails. By seen the amount of negative reviews I don't think they actually care to be honest

Absolutely shocking this company is I can’t believe the company that this still runs in the UK the delivery was fine arrived on time, But my mistake was ordering the wrong size mini oven when I said I wanted to return it and order a larger one from the same company the woman on the phone said “ you will be charged £30 to return this item and it says that on the terms and condition” absolutely disgusted bu Adexa direct. Such a shame as the mini oven I ordered is great quality but their return policy is a horror story shame on them . I genuinely do not recommend this company at all.

I didn't see worse company like this in my life. How this company trade in UK. No customer service. They delivery faulty product now I am chasing them for fix it but 1 month no response.

I do not recomended this compny. Customer service didn’t do they job with correction delivery adress and I didn’t get my order. Also they want another 60 £ for new shipping. When I decided to cancel after a month they took 50 £. So they taking money for free. So people stay away from this company. Waste of money and time

Service is appalling, contact is disgraceful. I would never buy anything from this company again . Be also aware that if you return anything you are charged 25% of the value of the item for them to receive it back in stock.

Absolute rubbish company. I ordered a microwave from them, it came damaged. I called them right away on the day. They said they will arrange a collection, no one came. Since then tried contacting them many times, no reply. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I’ve ordered an item since 29th November and it’s now 6th January and I’ve not received it. I’ve contacted the company on several occasions and still not have had a resolution. I’ve now contacted my bank to chase up this matter.

Even one start is too generous for this company. This is the worst company ever, simply do not buy anything from them. They might have stocks no other companies do, but you don't want to buy anything from them. You will have to be extremely lucky to have a working product delivered or to receive after sale service. I bought twice from them, how stupid of me, and both times were like nightmare. I had to ring my bank to ask for a chargeback because they were refusing to do anything about undelivered item, and the second time I bought some food containers with the lids, hoping nothing would go wrong but it turned out it took 6 months and I have still not received the lids. I had to call them and email them more than 10 times, once they told me they would send me a refund but no sign of it.

FRAUDULENT company. Sell faulty goods but refuse to exchange or refund! Please read all reviews as they have ripped off so many customers. They have no after sales service. Ignore emails and phone calls unless ELIOSE is available, then she is well trained in being the rudest person ever(must be her company)! Check Trustpilot as well! BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY, TOOK 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER A BIN WHEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR A 3 DAY DELIVERY, BIN ARRIVED WITH WRONG PARTS AND I AM NOW 4 WEEKS FURTHER IN WITH NO RESOLUTION APART FROM A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY CALLED ELOISE WHO SEEMS TO STRUGGLE TO COMPREHEND CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT buy anything from this company, I bought a mini oven from them which is just not fit for purpose. It took an hour to cook a piece of toast! When I complained I EVENTUALLY got an email from Eloise (the only person working in customer services it seems) saying "sorry you werent satisfied with the product but you've used it now so we cant take it back" I then sent more emails and heard nothing back until I threatened to take it further, she then got back to me saying that she will see what they can do. This was obviously to shut me up because I had to email them multiple times again to EVENTUALLY be met with an email saying "Sorry I've been on annual leave" Wtaf!!! So the one person manning customer services goes on annual leave before Christmas, in lockdown!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am taking it further now as I'm just getting stressed unnecessarily so if this puts one person off dealing with this shoddy company, I will be happy!

The worst company in the world has to be this one. Cheap shelves and the worst customer service. Won't even refund part of the order which they cancelled themselves. 3 weeks gone and still waiting. phone just rings and rings. Don't buy from them unless you want to be charitable and give your money

Avoid If I’d have seen this page and reviews I wouldn’t have bothered! After weeks of trying to get someone to give me an answer via email and trying to get through on the phone, there customer service is a joke - you cat keep blaming it on COVID! I final got told my order was just arriving and was being shipped out- I got one of the three things ordered with no update as to when the next was due ????! I want a refund for the other parts but again can’t get through on phone and no response again on phone Never use again and any one else thinking they’ll get a bargain priced item , you won’t

I’ve never left a review for any company before but had to make the effort because of just how terrible their service was. The sink I ordered finally arrived today after 6 weeks of waiting, endless phone calls and emails that were mostly ignored or went straight to voicemail. I had to threaten to go through a small claims court just to get the item sent out. The item itself arrived scratch and dented from having no packaging, it is by far the worst cheapest made catering sink i’ve ever ordered, and i’ve bought a few. I would be embarrassed to be Hakan Baykal the director of this fraudulent company.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I purchased a patio heater. When I checked out the price was £42. I checked my banking app and over £80 went out. When I contacted them to inform them of this they said it was shipping fees. I think the extra made up fees should have been made clear when finishing the purchase on the site....not after. When I asked them for a refund I didnt hear from them for 2-3 days and by that time the parcel had already arrived. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Absolute con men

I was searching for a wet fish display counter. I called up Adexa and spoke to a joe as I wanted to make sure what came up on google search was ideal for fresh fish display because we a seafood shop. Joe confirmed to me that even though it said Deli on the product it was ideal for fresh fish. The temperature range advertised on the product was -2C to + 2C. I paid over the phone to Joe as soon as he has confirmed that the serve over counter was ideal for Fresh fish . I also paid extra to have have it delivered next but it never arrived until following Thursday which was a week later. Got my fresh fish on Saturday, only to notice that the temperature range was 2 to 8C. As they were closed for the weekend, i completed a form online over the weekend and I called Adexa on Monday to complain about the temperature difference and also there was a big leak on the sides of the product with lots of smell. It took Adexa 2 weeks to send an engineer in. The engineer suggested adapting the product, which he finally did 3 weeks into this whole saga . The day after the adaptation, the leak increased and temperature went as high as 13C and my shop there is leak from both sides of the deli counter . Jo has now said he didn’t confirm the display counter was for fish and that there is nothing that Adexa could do. I have paid £1465 plus £180 to remove my front door . They sure shouldn’t get away with this. The item was delivered faulty and they sent in an engineer to fiddle with it which has now made the leak worse. I would like a replacement or my refund . If anyone knows a away forward. Please help. Adexa are rouges ☹️

Would recommend you do not purchase anything from this company, had a missing part from a BBQ purchased from them and have been given a complete run around with every excuse under the sun and still no further forward. I have worked within the catering equipment supply chain for over 20yrs and have never come across such a company, so purchase at your peril !! To Adexa, I’m more than happy to back this up in any court of law.
