“My delivery got lost and never sent to me. And I was afraid this was going to be one of those situations that I would never see my purchases ever. But nope. First of all, the whole process to figure out where my package was did take about two months BUT the costumer service kept me on the loop the whole time. They were so polite, so attentive and sent me another package again! Will be absolutely purchasing from them again! So thanks for such great care.”

“Great value for lube on sale and was surprised how fast the delivery was within a day or so I think. Packed in some inventive recyclable packaging and better value than the sex shops I used to buy my lube from. Also more variety of product was most welcome. Will buy again when the need arises. hehe”

“The order was handled quickly with confirmation of email received just following placement of the order. Shipping was initiated same day. Ordered on Wednesday and delivered Friday. The only thing I didn't get was a detailed order confirmation with the items purchased, the cost and confirmation of payment. I tried to register on the web site, but the confirmation email was never received. Retried several times. Requested help, but nothing ever came. I stopped sending emails after the 4th one as I was getting no where. Possible if I was a registered user I would have gotten my detailed receipt.”
