“Have brought a number of items through ATM . Have found some items are faulty and I know you cannot return because of the type of items but sometimes your out of pocket by quite a bit for something that don’t turn on or charge right . Don’t know if I will continue to shop here or not”

“One purchase has a faulty on/off switch . I understand the non return policy however”

“This has to be the best adult store ever, anywhere, bar none! Such an awesome range of goods for all tastes and styles, and they also have lots of really informative articles and guides on a wide range of toys and subjects. Deliveries have always been very prompt, and their customer service was brilliant with an issue I had with a purchase. I can't rate them highly enough.”

“Hidden gem. I had never heard of this ATMS before to be honest, but I’m glad I found them as the customer service and product is amazing. Especially being in New Zealand is convenient. Should I want something else to satisfy or explore sexuality, I know where I’ll come again!”
