“Great place to buy sex toys but one of the worst loyalty point programmes I've come across. While you may be duped into thinking that some points expire in 6 months when you check your balance... they don't even last that long. While the points system is generous in terms of points for your purchases, you are forced to make your next purchase quickly before they expire, which gains you more points which force you to make another purchase to use them! Other than that they have a great selection and well priced products.”

“Well, it could have been 5 stars, but I had a coupon for a free gift, it was inserted in my cart at the checkout point, but I did not receive it with my order. Delivery took a few days, which is fine by me, good thing is that you guys keep us updated on the delivery process, thanks for that.”
