“Don't order from this company if you are in the UK (from their .co.uk site). Items are despatched from News Zealand. It has been 11 days and there is still no sign of the package.”

“The toys are fine, dispatch was fairly quick, but really disappointed that code to receive the free gift didn't work. Complained to customer services who replied reasonably promptly, but annoyingly claimed that they could see that it hadn't been used, which is absolutely incorrect. I made the purchase at this time and not later due to this promotion, and i don't know if it was a glitch or they ran out of the product or what, but i wouldn't be getting my hopes up for coupon codes to work in future or for resolution of any issues from customer services.”
