“Parcel arrived in a timely fashion and the item was as advertised, however the packaging was neither Discreet or environmentally friendly. When I collected my parcel the Woman could clearly tell what was in the plastic envelope and made me feel ashamed of my purchase.”

“Unfortunately I didn't receive the correct product. Ordered Nina Hartley "cougar" fleshlight but received the Lotus version. Bit of a disappointment but too late as already opened and used so couldn't return. Fast shipping.”

“got a glass dildo which was fine , got a mini wand which came with a metal piece bent on it(assumed it was normal) when I went to put the batteries in and now my battery is stuck so cant use this item”

“I love ATMS, but your search engine on mobile is terrible. As is you access to dvd section. For example, of you type king cock, you end up with hundreds of searches, when all I want to see is toys by pipedream and their king cock collection. Dvd search comes up with so few dvd's it's not worth bothering looking, so I buy from other companies. Would like to give you the business but with facilities so bad, your loosing sales because of it. Please address these areas and increase your dvd selection.”
