“Good and very fast delivery. I have purchased from ATMS for some years now, but after I purchased the products I had a bit more of a look around and found their prices to be a bit high... Like way to high and one of the items must have barley made it out of quality control. It came with no instructions and is poorly finished.”

“I needed to change my order details literally 5 minutes after my purchase, tried calling them, live chatting, emailing them, no response. Terrible communication but amazing fast postage. I highly suggest paying the extra $5 and getting your parcel that night if bought before certain time, otherwise you will be waiting just under a week for express. Great prices on their products.”

When the night before shipping was selected, it got packed very quickly, and with the other orders of the holiday season, some communications were inundated with inquires. “Quick shipping, only the packing could’ve been better, I bought to candles as gifts for someone and the boxes they were in were squished and ripped, which doesn’t look very nice to give to someone, so I don’t know what to do with them, other than that it was ok and I liked the free gift!”

Although we strive to provide the best and most eco-friendly packaging, sometimes things out of our control may happen to the packaging which cause tears etc. However, we will look into this and see if there was a problem on our end and we'll take into consideration this feedback to see if we can implement fail safe methods to prevent this from happening. “The store is great and the products I received are really good, the problem I have is with the naughty elf giveaways that you have running. In the course of browsing for what I wanted to order, I managed to get three or four prizes, however at checkout there is only place for one voucher, to get all the 'free' gifts I would have to go through the order process another few times and each 'free' product would have cost $10 shipping! Bit of a gimic and money trap I think 🤔”

“I believe it’s a great company but the quality does slightly lack but with the price range I’m not surprised with the quality. The photographs some are very disingenuous with the way it looks to what you get, but meh again you get what you pay for. P.s this is only about the lingerie”

“Check the clothing item sizing before buying. Mistakingly thought the clothing sizes where nz sizes but nope these are more like asian sizing as order XL item and it is way too small when usually i am a medium to large.”

“Products are good. Packaged discretely as advertised. Ended up having to pick up from the courier depot, not happy. Put this down to changing delivery address during checkout. At the review point the correct address was displayed but it would appear the prior address had somehow been retained by the system. Much preferred the Saturday delivery option you used to offer.”
