“Great service, my product arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty so contacted the company to which they responded within a couple of hours. They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work . They are in the process of replacing the product without me having to return it, (optional- if returned they offered a credit for return charges; refund or a store credit for another purchase). Good company with great service!”

One of our friendly customer care team members will be reaching out to you directly to see what we can do to resolve this for you 😊 I'd like to assure you that we take the hygiene and safety of our customers very seriously, and under no circumstances are returned products restocked. When a customer reports a product as faulty we do not require the product to be returned to us, and therefore only on rare occasion do we ever receive an opened returned product back within our facilities. We also process any returns in a completely separate area of our warehouse to ensure the chance of a return being restocked is virtually impossible. Please keep your eyes peeled for any incoming emails from us so we can get this sorted ASAP!
