“I really enjoy the large selection of items. The info and articles are also very helpful. I have only ever had great customer service and often get a little gift of lube or condom in my parcels. I had an issue with a toy and all I had to do was send a video of it not working and within 5 days had a brand new toy.”

“I usually have a good experience buying at the Adult Toy Mega Store website. What I find annoying is the sizes of all toys aren't standardised, so each product has information (when any size information is available) in inches, cm, circumference, diameter, or one, or another so it become very difficult to compare products, sometimes they look like big in the picture but when you receive them, they are small than expected. Thanks.”

“Awesome products & selection. Very reasonable NZ prices. Prompt delivery. 1st-time buyer, partner & I already having more fun, WOOHOO! (Brassed off at delivery guy who threw parcel over our fence instead of coming to door; lucky no breakables within. Even luckier I wasn't home to tune him up).”
