“Prompt customer service reply but it would have been good to know it was being shipped from NZ as it would have influenced my decision of where to buy from. The toy was a bit of a fail - just too much going on and also took some manouvering to get it right. Would be easier to go with a basic toy and just add on.”

“Good products, pretty good delivery, fantastic support. My only gripe is that they are using an AU domain when they are based in NZ so banks charge international fees - meaning that it's not as discrete as one thinks if trying to secretly purchase online.”

“Products ordered were poor quality and design for both strap ons were terrible. No one wants harsh cheap leather straps up their butt rubbing and causing discomfort. The double strap on didn’t sit properly for either females wearing it. Would have requested a refund but we tried to alter the products ourselves stupidly to try and achieve more comfort. Both products are unusable”
