“Good site, easy to navigate and purchase, fairly swift delivery time (probably longer than normal due to COVID, but less than a fortnight regardless). Only complaint would be the instructions needed to be a little more detailed. It was hard to figure out where to plug it in.”

“The service from Adult Megastore has always been good but the delivery through Aust Post is slow and a nuisance because they always insist on a signature even if I ask to just leave the delivery. To get to the local post office to retrieve the delivery inside working hours is very difficult ---to the point that I am considering going elsewhere for my adult toys .”

“Products great and a nice freebie BUT I paid not only for express shipping and priority service and the package STILL took 5 whole business days. The website says 2-3. Don’t pat for express shipping as your order will still rage a whole week regardless.”

“Great selection, reasonably priced prompt delivery... will definitely buy from them again. The only issue is that because the payment is processed in New Zealand (not Australia) i was charged by my bank a foreign exchange fee.”
