“Husband bought a new toy when it arrived It was not what I expected, Husband and I got the measurements wrong. We contacted Adult Toy Megastore once the parcel arrived and notified them, the package had not been opened at all and when asked to exchange we were told they do not refund or exchange only faulty items. Neither my husband and I happy and the purchase is useless now useless to us.”
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we can only accept return under certain circumstances! Thoroughly read product descriptions so you can make the most informed choice possible.
“My Partner and I enjoy the huge range of Dildos on Offer from Adult Toy Megastore and one of the best reasons is the discreet packaging and easy ordering process”
Sorry to hear! This looks like a faulty product. Lookout for an email from us in your inbox (potentially spam/junk folder) so we can resolve this issue! Thanks for letting us know.

“Buyer beware: the images of this product have been HEAVILY photo-shopped by this site. Look up this product on competitor sites. The product's front-of-box image has been heavily ,manipulated. The product is good quality, it is unfortunate this site felt the need to mis-represent it.”
Hey Matt. Our product images are taken from suppliers. The only thing we do in Photoshop is resize them to fit our website template, in which the aspect ratio is not altered. In no way do we try to misrepresent any of our products. However, we're sorry this product wasn't all you hoped for!
“Sent an email to confirm shipping details and received no response.
Online order review seems poor (is this to protect privacy?)
Ranged and prices seem decent.”
“A word of caution to future shoppers; make sure you understand how large 3inches in diameter really is, preferably before your purchase! Donât find out the painful way :-P
ATMS were easy to shop from, had reasonable prices, plus delivery was quite fast even though it was over the Christmas period.”
People underestimating measurements happens quite often. However, a problem with width is different to a problem with length. As a too larger width may mean you can't use your toy. Don't hesitate to contact customer service if you'd like to confirm measurements!
Thank you for your honesty and advice to other shoppers! Glad you enjoyed our service.
