“Nie było Jane od początku ile firma weźmie za uzyskanie odsKodowania I uważam, że 30% to duzo. Czas czekania na odszkodowanie w miarę szybki. Napisano, że część prowizji jest przeznaczana na Ukraińców. Nie jestem z tego zadowolona. Jestem niepełnosprawną osobą, która musi płacić za opiekę po to żeby moje pieniądze zostały oddane Ukraińcom. Aboslutnie jest to nie do zaakceptowania”

“Ritardo del volo del 16 luglio rimborso ricevuto oggi 23 ottobre. Avrei dato 5 stelle se fosse stato specificato meglio che la commissione poteva essere del 50% mentre viene sempre pubblicizzata che di commissione si prendono il 30%”

“it took 20 months and bear in mind originally 30% was the fee but at the end we had to pay 50% the claim was for £400 we received £172.79.Did not knowabout the 50% until payment came through”

“Fast and very easy way to claim to the company. Always informes of the différent steps they are following, quickly answer all' of your questions. Obviously nicer expérience than the flight itself”
