“They were very fast and efficient—I received the refund in maybe less than one months after requesting it. My mistake was that I didn't verified properly the conditions before sending the request. I was sure that I deal with Austrian airline via a third part... I checked the account on their website and I saw that from 600 euro I'll have 480 euro... I said ok , but the invoice was 420 euro because de comision was 30%. I contact them immediately but... no succes the commission is 30%...Later I received an email from them , after they paid me the 420 euro, that the 480 euro were deposit on my account... here no comment. Overall, I'm happy. Thanks!”

“La prestation est excellente mais je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles pour la raison suivante: lorsque j'ai initialement rempli le formulaire en ligne, je n'ai vu nulle part mention que c'était une prestation payante, et sauf erreur de ma part, Airadvisor ne m'a informé de ça que lorsqu le dossier de réclamation auprès d'Air France était finalisé et qu'il était donc trop tard pou renoncer à faire appel à leurs services. Sinon, rien à dire, leur intervention a été très rapide et efficace. Merci à eux.”

“Après un vol annulé Lyon-londres par British Airways sans prévenir et sans possibilité de solution (juste pas complet), nous avons manqué notre escale La compagnie a rien voulu savoir et c est grâce à air advisor qu on a réussie à se faire rembourser notre vol”
