“N'ayant pas obtenu de suite satisfaisante consécutivement à ma demande de réclamation auprès d'IBERIA, je me suis dit que je pourrais essayer par des spécialistes des demandes d'indemnisation relatifs aux vols. Le site est bien conçu et j'ai pu saisir les données facilement mais aussi télécharger les documents de justificatifs.”

Szanowny Kliencie, Niestety nie możemy udzielić odszkodowania, ponieważ nie ma ono zastosowania w tej sytuacji. Z oficjalnych informacji wynika, że lot został zakłócony z powodu niekorzystnych warunków pogodowych. Zgodnie z odpowiednimi przepisami rozporządzenia WE 261/2004 linie lotnicze nie są zobowiązane do wypłacania odszkodowań za zakłócenia, na które nie mają wpływu. Dowód (duża prędkość wiatru): https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/LICC/date/2025-10-8 Chociaż żałujemy, że nie możemy pomóc Państwu w tej sprawie, nadal mogą Państwo zgłaszać roszczenia dotyczące opóźnionych lub odwołanych lotów z ostatnich TRZECH lat. Mamy nadzieję, że nigdy więcej nie spotkają Państwa zakłócenia w lotach, ale proszę pamiętać, że jesteśmy do Państwa dyspozycji, jeśli takie okoliczności wystąpią w przyszłości.
