“Super. Grace à AirAdvisor, nous avons été remboursé de 300€ (50% des 600€ versé par la compagnie, conformément au règlement AirAdvisor) par billet payé 789€, pour vol retardé d'environ 12H (annoncé une semaine à l'avance par sms). Tout ça sans rien faire (juste fournir les documents demandés).”
