“De momento la experiencia está siendo positiva, la aplicación es relativamente fácil de usar, la forma de contacto por email o chat es buena y los tiempos de respuesta son bastante aceptables. Como parte negativa el porcentaje que te cobran me parece algo excesivo aunque también es verdad que no arriesgas nada.”

Estimado Juan Somoza: Lamentamos informarle que debemos cerrar su caso. ‍ Desafortunadamente, no podemos reclamar una indemnización, ya que no es aplicable. Según la información oficial, la llegada de su vuelo se retrasó menos de las 3 horas requeridas para recibir una indemnización de la aerolínea en virtud del Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004. De conformidad con la legislación aplicable, las aerolíneas no pagan indemnizaciones en este caso. ‍ Lamentamos no haber podido ayudarle en esta ocasión, pero puede presentar su reclamación de indemnización por vuelos retrasados o cancelados en los últimos TRES años.‍ ‍ Esperamos que nunca vuelva a sufrir interrupciones en sus vuelos, pero si alguna vez volviera a ocurrir, estamos siempre a su disposición.‍ ‍ Atentamente,‍ Equipo de reclamaciones de AirAdvisor
