“Si que conseguimos cobrar una indemnización por el retraso del vuelo de forma fácil y relativamente rápida. Lo que no acabo de entender es porque en una reclamación cursada por varias personas por el mismo motivo y en el mismo vuelo, a algunas les cobran una comisión de un 30% y a otras la comisión ea del 50%”

“Sarebbe da migliorare le indicazioni per le spese dovute causa ritardo consegna bagaglio. Indicano sempre il risarcimento massimo che potresti prendere, ma quasi mai lo si prende. Nel complesso è uno strumento buono per ottenere risarcimenti”
