“Comente mi caso. Se pudieron en contacto conmigo. Envié la documentación y ellos en tiempo récord consiguieron la indemnización. Espectacular el servicio. Lo digo ya que la aerolínea avianca trato a mi madre una persona de la tercera edad muy mal Nunca dieron explicación del retraso del vuelo en Total fueron 8 horas de retraso. Agradezca a AirAdvisor por su gestión y ayuda”
