“Quick and effective. SAS was plainly and shamelessly lying and the people at air advisor did not fall for their lies. In the end for me was not even the compensation, but the confirmation that SAS would lie to your face rather that accept consequences for their actions. And air advisor rather quickly made them pay (of course, no apologies from SAS for their lies)”
