“I am disappointed with my experience with AirAdvisor. I submitted a GDPR access request, but they failed to properly comply with it. Instead of addressing the specific information I requested, their responses suggested they did not fully read or understand my emails. Communication has been frustrating and repetitive, with generic replies that do not resolve the issue or provide the transparency required under data protection regulations. This raises concerns about how seriously they handle personal data and customer rights. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about sharing personal information with this service until they demonstrate a more thorough and compliant approach to GDPR requests.”
