“I have not received any updates in regards to my claim, only to find out they have had my compensation for 4 months but Airadvisor has not contacted me to let me know. Not kmpressed with the communication but I have got my money that Airadvisor has managed to get for me minus the fee, obviously”

“We placed a claim in September last year, due to a three and a half hour delay on a TUI flight, and were advised that we would receive compensation within four months. We have just received the payment today, some 7 months later.”

“Due to Ryanair not running the Edinburgh to Beziers flight we had to fly Edinburgh to Bristol and take the Bristol To Beziers Flight. When we arrived in Bristol we found Ryanair had cancelled the Beziers Flight, the excuse being French airspace was closed due to strike action. Since proven to be incorrect. Our only option was to cancel my business/holiday and return to Edinburgh. My wife was starting to have problems with stress. Ryanair eventually agreed to pay for a return to Edinburgh then decided they didn't want to pay even though under CAA and EC rules they are liable for the costs of flights from and to Edinburgh that we have lost as well.”
