“I am not technically astute as I m in my late 77's. I finally managed to complete the steps to conclude the claim process but it was frustrating for me. I had no idea that I would have flight cancelation issues n lacked needed info. When I spoke to AirAd person, she was kind n courteous n I appreciate her trying to help me.”

“Comente mi caso. Se pudieron en contacto conmigo. Envié la documentación y ellos en tiempo récord consiguieron la indemnización. Espectacular el servicio. Lo digo ya que la aerolínea avianca trato a mi madre una persona de la tercera edad muy mal Nunca dieron explicación del retraso del vuelo en Total fueron 8 horas de retraso. Agradezca a AirAdvisor por su gestión y ayuda”
